Blood Python

Brongersma's short-tailed python, a nonvenomous python species, thrives in swamps and tropical wetlands. These pythons exhibit activity during the twilight hours of dawn and dusk and can reach lengths of up to 2.4 meters. They boast a distinctive color pattern, characterized by a rich, vibrant red base transitioning to a slightly more subdued rusty red hue. When kept in captivity under suitable conditions, they have the potential to live for 20 years or more.
