Spitting Cobra

Thailand is home to one of the most perilous snakes, the spitting cobras. These cobras possess the remarkable ability to project their venom up to 2 meters away, rendering them a significant hazard to humans. They predominantly inhabit forests and other natural areas but can occasionally be encountered in urban environments as well. Identified by their brown or grey hue, these cobras sport a distinctive hood and a pattern of striking black and white stripes. They can reach lengths of up to 2 meters and display aggressive behavior when provoked. It's crucial to maintain a safe distance from spitting cobras in Thailand and promptly seek medical attention in the event of a bite.
